We request payment in advance, for the first night's lodging, and full payment upon check-in.  Special events such as Kentucky Derby and Ryder Cup 2008, may vary.

VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted.

Cancellations up to 48 hours prior to check-in will be refunded their deposits, less credit card processing fee of 5%.

Check-in time is 3 pm; check-out is 12 noon.

Arrangements for special events may be coordinated, in advance of your arrival, with the innkeepers. We are a great place for any occasion that deserves extra attention. Preview and planning visits welcome.

Kentucky Derby weekend is a very special time in Louisville. We offer our accommodations in specially priced package. Included are three nights lodging at The Hepburn House.

Derby vacation package pricing is applicable May 3-6, 2007. We request a 50% deposit with the balance due by January 31, 2007. Cancellations up to that date will be refunded less $100 to cover rebooking and credit card processing fees. Bookings beyond January 31 require full non-refundable payment, at time of reservation.
