The Hepburn House is delighted to host you the first weekend in May for Derby. It is a wonderful weekend of horse racing and derby activities. At The Hepburn House, you will enjoy personal service and luxurious accommodations in your own spacious two bedroom apartment. Please inquire about accommodations. We request 50% deposit (non-refundable) for reservations, and full payment upon arrival.

We request for Derby rental that the payment be made by Cash, Certified Check or Money Order.

Cancellations for Derby must be made before March 15th, 2010.

Check-in and check-out time is negotiable for Derby.
